Without Scarlett Johansson this would just be another martial arts / CGI movie. The opportunity to see Scarlett Johansson nearly nude in several scenes really doesn't make up the for the lack of plot, bad CGI and exploitation of the tech industry. I mean really, the holograms are rampant along with eye blistering CGI graphics that constantly run in the background of every scene. Okay, in the vast future we can teleport our minds & send holographic images across dimensions, and create life like sensient beings but we still use gun powder to propel metal projectiles called bullets out of a clunky hand held gun in the future? And still miss out targets again and again and again, yawn ;-O. This film is a Scarlet Johansen vehicle funded by the emerging enterprises of Chinese hollywood backers. If you want to see an over-the-top CGI martial arts film, this is for you. If you otherwise want to see Scarlett Johanssn in epic roles watch: "Lucy" or "Under The Skin".
