Hachi

a Dog's Tale
Hachi is originally a true Japanese story. A dog named Hachi goes to the station which his owner takes a train every morning to go to work and meets him at the time he comes back from work at the station. Hachi was always with his owner on a way to station and home. However, one day, the owner suddenly died of heart attack during his work. While his family cry for his death, Hachi didn't understand why he didn't come back to the station from work. Hachi waited for him at the time he used to arrive at the station every day. When Hachi finally met his owner there, more than 10 years had passed. In fact, after Hachi's death, people built a statue of Hachi at the station, Shibuya in Japan for his royalty.
