Unsure if the author was really telling the truth or making the book up (for whatever reason). Wasn't gripping, just a trip through a negative world--easy to skip parts. Almost seemed cliche in parts.

i only read the excerpts and i already love it! it just takes you onto a journey of a young adult girl and her struggle with anorexi. i suggest this book to everyone no matter what kind of genre freak you are. i should know because im in love with love, romance, drama, suspense and relationship books and this book so far doesn't involve any of that, but drama.

As an adult I read this out of curiousity. After reading it, I asked my pre-teen to read it as well. A book very teen should read. Amazing how quickly things go from "normal" teen behavior to being out of control and not knowing it.
