It's said that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover, but sometimes that's exactly what you should do. If you're ticking off a "yes" to the list on the cover of this book, crack it open and give it a read. Written by the founders of Basecamp, It Doesn't Have to Be Crazy at Work offers a refreshing approach to work/life balance. It all starts with stopping long enough to think intentionally about your next step and giving yourself and others the space to learn, grow, and make mistakes along the way. I've read a lot of "business books" over the years. This one is at the top of my list.
