Looking for ways to calm anger in relationships? Learn to focus on understanding your partner being compassionate towards them (and yourself) instead of only seeing their weak points. Short book but full of useful tips I wish we learned in school.

This caught my eye because I'm a big fan of Thich Nhat Hanh, especially the book The Art of Mindful Living. How to Fight was a pretty quick read with pithy insights for dealing with conflict that could apply equally at home and in the workplace. I think everyone could benefit from reading this book and practicing some of the suggested approaches to disagreement.
