5 year old loved this especially as it gave details on the cycle of water and how it can be changed. Cute story that seemed to captivate my son.

Loved the concept and illustrations, but the complexity of the water cycle is a little too complex for some of the very brief copy, making the story slightly confusing at times.

A fun way to learn about the water cycle while following around an ice cube wanting more from life. This book would be great introduction to the water cycle for younger kids and all ages will find it humorous.

Ice Boy lives in freezer with his mom and dad, but he wants to venture outside the frozen walls of home! He does not want to be someone's ice cube in a drink, and he does not want to be used as a cold compress. He has dreams! His parents warn him not to leave the freezer, but Ice Boy decides to leave and begins an exciting and transformative journey.

A comical story about Ice Boy's independence and personal growth, that also teaches readers basic science of the water cycle.

Yet another brilliant picture book by David Ezra Stein.

An extremely charming approach to teaching children about the different states of water (ice, water, vapor).
