This book is something I think everyone should get taught in school, but probably don't. Written in such a way that the scientific information is both easily digestible for laymen and also entertaining, this is important stuff for anyone wanting to know more about sustainability, gut health, and looking after the environment.

This book is thoroughly enjoyable. The most fascinating part of the book for me is chapter 11: Personal Alchemists. It explains how food, microbes and your guts work together. Read this book, it can change your life for the healthier.
