This 1976 slasher/thriller film is about a hooded psychopath that seeks out victims to kill when night falls. The movie is based on a real life 1946 murder spree that shook a city and made people really question who they could trust. Since it was based on a true story, I can’t really criticize the storyline, but i can comment on the way that some things were overplayed to create suspense. What I did like about the movie is how it had the perfect amount of gore to leave people feeling scared and settled before the next attack. I would rate this movie 3/5 stars and recommend it to those who like bloody horror films. @The_Reviewer of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board

I was given the 1977 one when I asked for the 2015 one.

Not worth the time ...I found this movie lacking big time.I wish I could offer a glimmer of some story line but I just can't..

Why did they make this movie? Save yourself from asking the same question by NOT watching it.

A generic low-rent horror movie with little thrills other than the location Texarkana which is on the border of Texas and Arkansas. ... probably a good enough for those who want a "Halloween, 1978" fix.

Morales: After our friend kills those kids with the trombone, who does he go after next?
Deputy Tillman: In the movie after the trombone killing there's a double homicide at a farm house.
Morales: Every damn house out here is a farm house.
