Out of the 275 books that I've read in the last three years, this book is the one that made a huge positive impact on my life.
It's not necessarily a very "well written" book, but it makes up for that in being inspirational and life-changing.
It can be a bit difficult to get started and you will have to customize it to fit your life through trial and error, but the basic principles really work.
I've been doing the miracle morning for the last 192 days and I will never go back to my old life.

I have been doing the Miracle Morning for over a month now and the only thing that Mr. Elrod is correct about is giving yourself time to do what you want first, before anything else. This has made a huge difference in me.
However, he is totally wrong about sleep. He claims you don't need as much as you think. It is a known fact that sleep deprivation results in dramatic changes to your ability to concentrate and make decisions. Working in healthcare I can attest that when you are sleep deprived you are NOT aware that you are making mistakes and bad decisions. So I make sure I get 8 hours of sleep every night, even though I get up at 4 a.m. now. I would suggest you do the same if you follow this.
Also, changing ones hours wreaks havoc on ones eating patterns and on your body. For some time I did not feel well. Eating at 4 a.m. then means 8 hours until lunch - that is quite a stretch. Also, exercising vigorously at 5 a.m. resulted in injury - I now know to go easier so early in the morning.
Although getting up early means quite a bit of adjustment, I have to say, the benefits far out weigh the negatives. At last I am completing long neglected projects I love to do and treating myself better than ever before. I am calmer and happier.
