Second volume of the new series (which ends just in time for a big event and before the next renumbering of a Thor series). This has the original Thor still moping and feeling sorry for himself, while the Goddess of Thunder deals with threats from more than one angle. A good direction, though one doubts this is going to last long.

Ah! The dear Jane Foster! whom else could hold the Uru hammer Without incurring Odins' wrath!? ( except, Steve Rogers..)

This second volume is a good continuation of the story from the first volume introducing a newly risen female Thor. However, after reading this volume through, I don't feel the story line is exciting enough to continue reading. I look forward to reading more about this version of Thor in future, but in team scenarios rather than solo adventures.

Update: I learned this story line has ended after 8 issues (ending with Volume 2).
