I love Isa, and this book does not disappoint. This is a must buy

This was the very first vegan cookbook I ever bought, and although I own dozens, it remains one of my favorites. It is the author's first book of many as well! Isa's writing will make you laugh out loud - snarky and fun - and her recipes will make everyone who eats them, drool. Her baked goods are particularly impressive - I make her Raspberry-Chocolate Blondie Bars all the time - and there are very few hard-to-find ingredients. For beginners, Isa explains things such as how to prep tofu and where to find support and recipes online. There are amazing baked tofu and homemade seitan recipes in there, too, for those who are ready for more of a challenge. A must-own!

I love all of Isa's books. The recipes are tolerable to substitutions and she has a great sense of humour.
