While I have most "creative workbooks" out there, this one is very interesting. It's true (as the author states), that when the self help book ends, so does the helpful/accomplished feeling. The author includes "It's ok to get help" websites and recommended reading. While this was a library book and I couldn't write in it, I will indeed purchase one for myself to complete the exercises.
