I like that this book talks about how people seem to wear their busy-ness as a badge. Everyone seems to be so proud of how busy they can make themselves seem and how much sleep they are losing. I think this book talks about what a healthy schedule should be.

If anything this book will remind you of what your priorities are and what is important in life. It will also help you understand why it is totally okay to sometimes say "no" to a request, even if it's a valid and noble request. We are not designed to to do it all and it's okay. Read this book if you're overwhelmed, feel guilty about not being a good enough employee, parent or spouse. It will encourage you and hopefully help you see what the next step for you should be.
