Marilyn Singer's "reverso" poems (which consist of two poems with the same lines in reverse order), are fun expressions of fairy tales. The accompanying illustrations by Josee Masse feature bold colours that will appeal to children. Try writing your own reverso!

It is amazing how a story can be completely changed using the same sequences of words with different punctuation and capitalization.
