The book was good, but don't go into reading it expecting a lot of dirt. Most of the stuff discussed in the book are already public knowledge through the media.

I love this book. This book is hard to put down. I'm a died hard New York Mets fan and I respect the Red Soxs. I totally respect Terry Francona and the former Boston Red Sox's general manager, "Theo Epstein. After reading this book I become even more of a huge fan of Terry and Theo, and found out that players like Manny Ramirez, David Wells, Jay Payton and the Red Soxs owners was difficult.
Great book. You gotta read it. Baseball fan or non baseball fan.

A history of the tenure of former Red Sox manager Terry Franconia. Illustrates many of the difficulties faced by Franconia in dealing with the owners of the Red Sox and dealing with some rather difficult superstars of the sport.
