The author does not miss a chance to promote himself. He does not get into the real questions about ethics. More or less, this is a collection of some of his columns (some quite dated... is it ethical to text at dinner?) that are often neither interesting nor a matter of ethics. I was very disappointed in the content. Frankly, a waste of time, not much to learn and a misleading title. Often he just talks about etiquette, rarely about true ethics. Also I did not like him using the book for the the settling of accounts with disagreeing letter writers and other critics.
There has to be better books about ethics.
