While not everything in this book is helpful unless you are a high-powered CEO, it has very practical suggestions for increasing your personal and business productivity. The sections I received the most help from were the sections on setting career aims, scheduling your day, reading, and presenting. I'm not sure I'm getting "extreme" with my productivity now, but I do feel I was able to gain some useful knowledge from this book.
