Do You Want to Build a Snowman?
Even though we've had our hats, scarves, gloves and coats out for a while, the first day of winter is finally here! Winter officially begins on December 21, a day that is called the Winter Solstice because it has the shortest amount of daylight. Add a Comment'The Snowy Day' is a charming classic about a little guy playing in the snow.
A great book! but mostly for younger kids. for 6 and 7 year olds it can be a little boring.... but it is still a really cute book!
Do you remember this from your childhood? It certainly has stood the test of time and you will find it just as lovely and magical and gentle as it ever was. Three generations of children have had this picture book read to them. Highly recommend for families with young children.
A veritable masterpiece of children’s literature!
This book is really interesting and amusing. Peter had many joyful experiences outside! One thing that Peter did that kids love is making snow angels, footprints, and snowballs and more. I would definitely recommend this book for the age group of 3 to 8. It is a very childish and joyful book which makes it fun. This book makes me feel very happy and cheerful! The illustrations are very nice and neat. You should definitely check out this book for your younger sibling, your kid or anyone in the age group listed above. I love everything about this book, read it as soon as possible!! Rating 4/5

A classic. I've never had a group of students that didn't want to hear it twice.
A wonderful story!
Is there anything better than Peter waking up and finding a world of snowy white outside his window? A lovely story of a child’s look at a new world of snow, and his wish to capture and keep it forever.
My two year old loved this book. It is short, sweet, and I love the vintage style illustrations. It's a great book to read to your children to get them into the Holiday season!
We loved this book. Who can't relate to wet socks on a snowy day and exploring all the fun things a snowy day has to offer?
