Excellent movie about the release of an innocent man from prison. The paralegal's 20 year dedication in proving the innocence of the prisoner is amazing! Her personal life suffers, she has losses and continues her investigation. I was totally involved in this movie, it touched my heart in every way. I would definately recommend this movie. This is based on a true story.

A bit dry but overall a story worth watching - it could happen to anyone. It seems to be more & more common to hear of people being released from jail all thanks to DNA. Highly recommend

Stunning story. I don't like downer stories, so I wondered how long I would stick with this story. It is not melodramatic, although it could have had that perspective. It takes you through 20 years that a man spent in jail, through multiple requests to reopen based on the tragic comedy of his arrest and conviction. He was a black man and it was a paralegal trying to get his new day in court so not of particular interest to the court officers.

The great thing is justice does prevail. It is gritty, real, sweet, sad and joyous. I think you will enjoy it. The acting is also well done.
