This book is excellent and I have checked it out more than once. Most ingredients, while appealing to those of us who enjoy authentic and "foodie" type dishes, are WIDELY available now. If you prefer your Mexican like Taco Bell, then, yes, you will be disappointed.

Not very useful, ie there'd be one ingredient or two that I'd have to go wayy out of my way to get. A shining masterpiece of layout and design, but sadly the content is not very useful at all.
