Totaly weird and creepy. You can really feel the fear of the main character.

The well was one of the best books I ever read (And I have a lot). It was suspenseful straight from the start. It's quite an original idea, I myself have never read the play Hamlet, but I definitely want to read it now. I thought it was great. I loved Cooper from the start. It's a great book for the Horror/Mystery buff.
