I enjoyed both segments and found the techniques as well as the booklet with nutrition tips very useful! The only thing I had difficulty with during the work-out segments, due to my back injury, were the jumping parts. I recommend that people should have at least been working-out a bit before beginning this program as it can be challenging in places.

I totally agree! I have used this DVD before and liked it. Its perfect to get inshape fast for summer.

It's a ridiculously hard workout (assuming your fitness level is anything like mine) and your body will feel like jelly after each one. But if you want to get fit fast, this fitness DVD is the ticket.
