Unfortunately, with new opportunities in the professions, the family delicatessen is disappearing. Even large chain restaurants cannot serve a great Reuben sandwich at a reasonable price. For delicatessen lovers, I would rate "Save the Deli" at 5.0 stars.

If you enjoyed the documentary "Deli Man" you will enjoy this book. Chapters can be read out of order and still be enjoyed.
