This dvd is okay but the best Tai Chi dvd's are by Dr Paul Lam. He teaches showing the forms both from the front and back. He is an expert and an excellent teacher. He has lots of different dvd's unfortunately the library does not carry them.

I cannot stand Qi-Gong at all and got this for the Tai Chi. The problem here is the same with Dvid-Dorian Ross' "Daily Practice": the instructor is oblivious to the fact that people doing the movies will mirror him! I got so confused with right and left that I just quit. Good instructions, but need reassessed.

I love this for the Qi Gong segment. It has calming music and meditative movements, perfect for relaxation. The instructions are clear and easy to follow in the tai chi segment as well.
