This movie is emotionally and mentally moving. Sometimes, being broken is the only way to put the pieces in the right places. Even though, our emotions don't control us.

Perhaps Pixar's most ambitious film to date, Inside Out is the epitome of what children's cinema should be: It's funny, it's cute, it's fast paced and exciting. It isn't dumbed down, it isn't overly innocent or happy. As a bonus, it has…

The mind boggles at how far computer animation has come. Really enjoyed the voices of Richard Kind and Lewis Black. But part of the charm of Pixar is how freaking cute they can do things. Scenes where the kid was being dragged through the…

I'm not really into the Pixar movies and this definitely explains why. The storyline was too weird for me. If this movie had been around when I was a kid, perhaps I would have enjoyed it more. As an adult, I did not.

Surprisingly good! Enough fun stuff for the kiddos AND does a very good job of explaining how the brain works at making, storing, and changing memories as they are influenced by emotions. Highly recommended!

I've liked some animated films, I've fallen hard for a just a few (Pinocchio), but this one is a revelation. As an individual who has always stated that we would all do better if we reached back and remembered some of our childhood…
🧠 Notice that there are just a bunch of feelings in there, fighting it out for supremacy. There isn't any ego or soul that referees or sets goals or anything like that. This is remarkably similar to what we learn from modern brain…

At first I didn't like this movie because it wasn't easy. But now it's one of my favorites, and perhaps the animated movie that I value most. It's really quite beautiful and humorous, sad and joyous, and very rewarding.

First toys had feelings, then cars had feelings, & now feelings have feelings: Joy, Sadness, Fear, Anger and Disgust to be exact. We journey into the minds of our characters to explore the reasons for their behaviours and reactions. The…
