No experience needed—just bring your imagination and get ready for a fun and inspiring class!

All supplies will be provided for participants, but participants are welcome to bring any items they'd like to embroider.

Shannon Downey aka Badass Cross Stitch is a queer artist, activist, craftivist, community builder, and general instigator. She moves people from passive consumers of art into engaged creators. She is the author, Let's Move the Needle, an activist handbook for artists, crafters, creatives, and makers.

This event is for teens ages 13-19.

Radical Fit is a Chicago Public Library YOUmedia initiative dedicated to teen fashion-making with a special focus on gender identity and equity.
