A wisecracking L.A. cop (Chris Tucker) visits his friend the inspector (Jackie Chan) in Hong Kong and is drawn into a case involving a mob bigwig and a counterfeiting ring. Chan's stunts punch up this predictable crime yarn. A sequel to 1998's “Rush Hour.” Brett Ratner directed.
