Illinois Prison Project Community Navigator Hours

10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Harold Washington Library Center

Description

The Illinois Prison Project (IPP) provides tools and information to help incarcerated people and their families better understand the prison system and the pathways that may lead to release. IPP offers guidance on Clemency, Medical Release, Youthful Parole, Resentencing, Sentencing Credit, Grievances, and many other areas.

During their library visits, IPP Community Navigators will be available to walk you through these resources, answer questions, and help you identify which options best fit your loved one's situation.

These resources are especially valuable for anyone supporting an incarcerated family member and looking for clear, practical ways to help them navigate the system.
