Events › Grab and Go: Earth Day 2026

Celebrate Earth Day by planting seeds for the planet. It’s a great way to add a little green to the world. All library patrons are welcome to drop by the YOUmedia/Teen department for Earth Day grab and go kits.

How to Attend
Register by 5 p.m. Saturday, April 18. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register. As a reminder, school email addresses may block external emails such as those from CPL.

Due to limited supplies, please include the total number of children and adults as attendees when you register.
