Join the library and local shelter PAWS for a program all about learning how to keep your pets and neighborhood animals safe through spay and neutering, TNR (Trap, Neuter, Release) programs, and a chance to sign up for free and discounted spay/neuter appointments through the TNR community cat program. It's sure to be a purr-fect way to spend the afternoon!
