Ladies, please join us for a Rebounding fitness session wearing boots with springs at the bottom to absorb the impact of hitting a firm surface. A local Rebound fitness instructor will lead our class in a 45-minute low-impact workout perfect for both the experienced and unexperienced. Rebound boots will be provided.
As a lifelong Chicago resident with over 30 years of experience in the Human Services field, our instructor brings a deep commitment to community well-being. Her passion for fitness and helping others drives her to make physical activity engaging and enjoyable for people of all ages—transforming it from a chore into a positive, empowering experience.
