
Join us for a meaningful community screening of Ruby Bridges, highlighting the true story of a young girl whose bravery helped integrate public schools. This film is a fact-based drama about a 6-year-old black girl (Chaz Monét) who was one of the first children to integrate New Orleans' public-school system in 1960.
Following the film, participants will take part in guided discussion connecting history, personal experiences, and present-day reflections on inclusion, courage, and standing up for what is right.
