In celebration of the National Day of Racial Healing, we're excited to invite you to join master yoga teacher and Reiki healer Monica Bright, M.Ed., ERYT 2000+, YACEP, for a soothing wellness experience that focuses on reflection, release, and renewal. This gentle and welcoming session combines mindful movement, breathwork, and guided energy healing to help support emotional balance, reduce stress, and promote collective healing. You'll have the chance to slow down, reconnect with your body, and create space for healing from both personal and shared racial trauma. 

With intentional rest and compassionate presence, this program offers a nurturing path to inner peace, resilience, and community connection, highlighting the empowering role of wellness practices in fostering understanding, equity, and wholeness.
