This restorative workshop creates a warm and welcoming environment for connection, reflection, and collective healing. Participants start with a grounding exercise and enjoy a heartfelt “Sawubona” (“I see you”) call-and-response, fostering a sense of community. Gentle moments are included for participants to share times when they felt truly seen, strengthening our bonds. A soothing sound bath with calming instruments helps everyone relax, ease stress, and gain emotional clarity. The session wraps up with peaceful reflection or journaling, closing with a circle of affirmations that leave everyone feeling inspired and connected.
