In this workshop, we will cover:

  • How to view, download and send files via email
  • How to respond to email using reply-all and forwarding, and responding to multiple people at once using the cc and bcc fields
  • How to save an unfinished email message as a draft
  • How to manage unwanted mail
  • How to sort emails into folders and keep your inbox tidy
  • How to find old e-mail messages using the search function

In this in-person class you will learn how to create your email, learn how to use the Internet and you do not need to know how to use a computer.
