The Chicago All-City Open Mic is a quarterly event presented by the Chicago Public Library and YCA, amplified by Kuumba Lynx, the John Walt Foundation and studioSHAPES.

Join us for a writing workshop, open mic and the chance to win prizes! 

This is your space to tell your stories on stage and connect with other poets and writers from across the city. The All-City Open Mic is a responsive space that centers creativity, community, and expression.

Open to teens and young adults, ages 13-24.
