Join us for a screening of Call Jane.
In late 1960s Chicago, when abortion was illegal in America, suburban housewife Joy develops a serious heart condition due to her pregnancy. But the medical establishment with an all-male board votes not to terminate her pregnancy, even if it could kill her. Desperate for a solution, she discovers the Jane Collective, a group of feminists who assist women in undergoing abortions the safe way. Things go well until authorities get wind of their activities.
