We're back! Now in its fifth installment, Albany Park's Bread Club supports bakers and powers sourdough loaves with starter distribution, workshops, e-mail support, and exclusive access to our baker's tool library.
You only need to register once for the entire three-month program. We offer weekday and weekend meet-ups and it's up to you how often you come. For best results, please try to attend at least one meet-up each month.
We focus on naturally leavened, or sourdough, breads. Librarian baker Scott bakes obsessively and he loves helping people navigate their sourdough adventure.
