Block printing is a super useful and inexpensive printmaking technique that you have probably seen in one form or another. It can be layered and colorful like Japanese woodblock prints, delicate and decorative as seen in ancient Chinese textiles, or primitive and raw like on a stamped punk patch safety-pinned to a jacket. You can use it to make stickers, album packaging, shirts, zines, and tons of other things.
For ages 13-18.
