1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
Harold Washington Library Center

Description

This is an introductory computer class for people who are brand new to using computers or want to build more confidence in a non-judgmental environment.

In this class, students will focus on:

  • Understanding basic computer vocabulary
  • How to utilize right click, left click, and double click
  • Opening and closing programs
  • How to navigate between different windows on the computer

We'll be using the computers in the building, so no need to bring anything with you.

Don’t have time to make this class, but interested in learning some more computer basics? Check out some hands-on tutorials through Chicago Digital Learn. No library card necessary!
