Join Harold Washington Library Center for a discussion of Chronicle of A Death Foretold by Gabriel García Márquez.

"A man returns to the town where a baffling murder took place 27 years earlier, determined to get to the bottom of the story." 

In Translation Book Club meets monthly on the 3rd or 4th Saturday of each month, holidays permitting. All selections are books that have been translated to English from another language.

You may pick up a copy of Chronicle of a Death Foretold one month in advance at the Popular Library Reference Desk on the 1st floor of the Harold Washington Library Center.
