This winter, Healthcare Alternative Systems’ (HAS) Harm Reduction team will be at the Humboldt Park Branch every Tuesday from 1:30pm to 3:30pm. The team focuses on community outreach, connecting vulnerable populations to necessary resources and services. 

Staff will be providing essential supplies such as warm winter gear, hygiene items, wound care kits, and harm reduction supplies. Team members can link individuals to social services, including mental health, recovery support groups, housing, harm reduction, and much more.
