The participant will have an outcome outline for their career goals, including the chosen career path and local schools available to further their interest. A virtual reality exploration and assessment are the tools that will be used to guide interest. From these participants, a select group of 6 students will be chosen for the 2026 curriculum, which includes in-depth work training through virtual reality, e-learning, and in-person sessions.
