Solidarity and Care to Street Vendors: Letter-Writing

4:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Uptown

Description

Join us and Chicago Street Vendors Association of Chicago to send messages of care and solidarity. Your letter will be included with their relief checks to street vendors as a reminder that their work is valued and appreciated. Your letter will also be translated into the vendor’s preferred language so everyone can feel the support and care from our community. From the North to the South side of Chicago, let’s show solidarity to our street vendors together!

This is a hybrid event, in-person and online. If you choose to participate online via Zoom, a link will be sent a few days before the program. Registration is required for all letter writers.
