Make a Vision Board

11:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Garfield Ridge

Description

A vision board is a collage of pictures, words and affirmations that represent your dreams and goals for the new year, acting as a visual roadmap to keep you motivated and focused.  To make one effective, you should first gain clarity on your personal goals, such as health, wealth, travel and career, etc. Using magazines, stickers, quotes and other items, you will create a one-of -a kind vision board. Finally, place it where you can see it and engage in daily visualization. Bring in any items you would like to include as well. For adults ages 18 and up.
