Events › Project Tween: DIY Ofrenda for Día de Los Muertos

Participate in a Day of the Dead (Día de Muertos) tradition by creating your own ofrenda (altar). Feel free to bring your own safe, non-perishable offerings (like photocopied photos, flowers or small tokens) that represent those being remembered.

For ages 9 to 12.

How to Attend
This event takes place in person. Register by the start of the event. Chicago Public Library cannot collect personal information online from kids 0 to 13. A parent or guardian’s email address must be used to register. As a reminder, school email addresses may block external emails such as those from CPL.

Due to space limitations, please include the total number of children and adults as attendees when you register.
