National Public Housing Museum Mixer and Book Club

3:00 PM – 4:00 PM
National Public Housing Museum

Description

Join the CPL Little Italy branch and the National Public Housing Museum for a fabulous new book group on the Near West Side with a kick off mixer and reception to get to know fellow readers! Enjoy free drinks and snacks in the Alphawood Foundation Sculpture Garden at the National Public Housing Museum on September 28. Read this year's One Book, One Chicago selection, Olga Dies Dreaming by Xochitl Gonzalez, and then reconvene a month later with the book group on October 26 to discuss. We encourage residents living in mixed-income communities, including public housing, to join, but all are welcome!

How to Attend:

The National Public Housing Museum is offering free admission. Meet at the Museum front door.
