Learn basic hand sewing skills and create a one-of-a-kind plushie that is straight out of your imagination!  No previous sewing experience necessary. All materials will be provided. For ages 10-19.

The Why We Craft series explores how crafting creates joy, builds community, and is a radical form of activism. Join West Englewood for one program or attend all three and really hone your fiber crafting skills! What you make matters—to you, to your neighbors, and to future generations.

Create Your Own Felt Plushie: October 9th, 3:30-5:00

Scrap Fabric Beadmaking: October 16th, 3:30-5:00

Radical Flags with Mikey Anderson: October 25th, 2:00-4:00
