Are you a Millennial looking to meet others who are interested in discussing the philosophical complexities of adulting? Or just thinking about midlife, being middle aged and all the change and adaptation that this entails?
Join us any Monday from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. for some informal discussions on the philosophy of getting older. We will read brief excerpts from Stoic philosophers like Marcus Aurelius and Epictetus, as well as other classical authors from ancient Greece and Rome and into the present age.
Share your interests and ideas for topics to cover with the group relating to the midlife experience: health, fitness, diet, maturity, growth, development, new approaches to cultivating social relationships and of course the place of love and happiness into adulthood.
