
This event is open to anyone looking to unwind, release stress, and embrace laughter for health and positivity. Laughter Yoga promotes laughter as a form of exercise along with deep breathing techniques based on yoga. Laughter Yoga focuses on our willingness to laugh for no reason other than to enjoy ourselves! No experience necessary.
